Recipe - Mushroom & Chick Peas Shami Kebab


Mushroom & Chick Pea Shami Kebab
 
Ingredients
• 1 can Mushroom
• 1 Cup Chick pea boiled
• 1 Cup Onion chopped
• 2 tbsp Ginger & garlic paste
• 3 nos Green chilies chopped
• 1/2 bunch Green coriander leaves chopped
• 1/4 bunch Mint leave chopped
• 1/2 liter Oil
• 3 nos Eggs
• 01 packet shami kebab masala
Method

Take boiled chick pea 01 cup & can Mushroom 01 can, put
them into the blender jug.
Blend it till smooth texture. Remove the mix to a medium bowl.
Add 01 cup finely chopped onion, 02 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, 03 no finely chopped green chilies, 1/2 bunches chopped green coriander leaves & 1/4 bunch chopped mint leaves & the 01 pkt 50 gm national kebab
masala, 01 egg.
Mix the well, till it is combined properly.
Leave it for restfor 15 minutes, then make small balls, with help of your hand palm, press it a little, make it like tyre shape. take deep frying pan, put on the fire , let itget hot ,put 1/2 liter oil, as the oil get hot at medium heat, dip the shami kebabs into the beaten egg & put one by one in to the hot oil to deep fry.
As the shami kebabs start popping up & turning into golden color, remove it from the hot oil.
