Recipe - Hari Mirch Chicken Kheema by Suhel Johar



Ingredients:
  • 250 gms Chicken mince
  • 3  tbsp.Ginger Garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 2  tbsp. Yogurt
  • 2  tbsp. ground Black Pepper
  • 1  tbsp. Chili powder
  • 3  large Green Chillies
  • 2  inch Ginger

 
Method:
  1. Pour oil into a pan and turn the heat on high.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic paste and keep stirring until it turns a little brown. Add in the chicken mince and let it cook until the mince is tender.
  3. Add in the salt, ground black pepper and chilli powder.
  4. Keep stirring it until some water is absorbed then add in the yogurt.
  5. Keep stirring it until almost all liquid is absorbed then add the green chilies (sliced).
  6. Stir for about another 3-5 more min.
  7. Garnish it with ginger juliennes and serve with Pav or Tandoory Roti
