Recipe - Hari Mirch Chicken Kheema by Suhel Johar
Ingredients:
- 250 gms Chicken mince
- 3 tbsp.Ginger Garlic paste
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. Yogurt
- 2 tbsp. ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Chili powder
- 3 large Green Chillies
- 2 inch Ginger
Method:
- Pour oil into a pan and turn the heat on high.
- Add the ginger and garlic paste and keep stirring until it turns a little brown. Add in the chicken mince and let it cook until the mince is tender.
- Add in the salt, ground black pepper and chilli powder.
- Keep stirring it until some water is absorbed then add in the yogurt.
- Keep stirring it until almost all liquid is absorbed then add the green chilies (sliced).
- Stir for about another 3-5 more min.
- Garnish it with ginger juliennes and serve with Pav or Tandoory Roti
