Chautha Held For The Departed Soul Of Vinod Khanna.


Chautha or a prayer meeting was held for the departed soul of the late Vinod Khanna, by his family with the entire family present at the occasion. It had been attended by nearly everyone from Bollywood. Amitabh Bachchan had come in with Jaya Bachchan, son Abhishek and his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Aamir Khan had arrived with his wife Kiran Rao, while Shah Rukh Khan came in alone. There was Hrithik Roshan too, along with his father, actor-director Rakesh Roshan. Madhuri Dixit, who acted opposite Vinod Khanna in Dayavan as well as with Akshaye Khanna in Mohabbat, was also present, and so was Sridevi who came in with her husband Boney Kapoor. Others who had been present at the meet were Reena Roy, Javed Akhtar with ex wife Honey Irani along with son Farhan Akhtar and daughter Zoya Akhtar, Shakti Kapoor with his wife Shivangi and son Siddhant, Aditya Pancholi  with wife Zarina Wahab, Suresh Oberoi, Arbaaz Khan, Satish Kaushik, Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Gowariker, Sanjay Khan with wife Zarine and brother Akbar, Poonam Dhillon and others.

Ladies Sangeet Is A Hard-Hitting Story Filled With Compassion, Sympathy And Trauma.   It was after quite some time that I got to go to Prithvi Theatre at Juhu, Mumbai. Blast From The Past - Arshad Warsi and Sajid Khan Were Background Dancers In A Jeetendra-Kimi Katkar Song by Suhel Johar

  Many are aware of the fact that before making it big as an actor, Arshad Warsi was a choreographer but not many know that he was a background dancer to Jeetendra and Kimi Katkar in this 1989 action film, Aag Se Khelenge . In fact, not just Arshad Warsi, the song, Help Me from Aag Se Khelenge, also featured director/host Sajid Khan, choreographer Longinus Fernandes aka Longi and DJ Akbar Sami. Music for the song was composed by RD Burman and it was written by Anand Bakshi. Its not easy to recognise Arshad Warsi and Sajid Khan in this song which was choreographed by Chinni Prakash. Incidentally, it was Sajid Khan, who when he joined Twitter, had shared the video with his followers and had explained about it.
