Zeenat Aman Makes A Comeback With A Grotty Web Series by Suhel Johar

The gorgeous Zeenat Aman came, charmed and conquered the box office relentlessly in the past. One thought she was content doing whatever she was doing but she has proved us wrong because she has just made a comeback and a disappointing one at that.
The veteran actor Zeenat Aman, who is 65, has made a comeback to entertain her fans through a web series titled Love, Life & Screw Ups. The first episode of the web series made it to the web world earlier this week on the 15th on Youtube and the second episode went online two days later on the 17th. Zeenat Aman plays a spinster, Joana, who owns a cafeteria and likes to mingle with the youth while dealing with her own messed-up life.
The web series Love, Life & Screw Ups comes across as extremely gross and Zeenat Aman is not in her best element. She looks like a misfit in a sleazy drama. Unnecessarily explicit dialogues, out-of-context foul language, forced "coolness" and a visibly struggling-to-act Zeenat Aman are the things that make the yesteryear actress' comeback web series, Love, Life & Screw Ups.

Winner of Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award in 2006. For someone of her stature, a little more class was expected. An actress of such amazing calibre and grace is doing something that one could not imagine even in the wildest dreams.

Making a comeback in the entertainment industry is something that is executed after careful consideration. From choosing the right scripts to the right role to the director, every aspect plays a crucial role. Even if one of these aspects is flawed, a comeback could result in a permanent goodbye. One wonders though if any of these would matter to the veteran actress at this stage of her life.

For Love, Life & Screw Ups Zeenat’s look has been given utmost importance. She will be seen wearing long skirts, scarves and big goggles. It was heard that the actress went on a strict regime of workout and diet to suit the character.
Kapil Kaustubh Sharma who directed the film- Dunno Y Na Jaane Kyun (2010), is directing the show. Apart from Zeenat Aman, the show also features popular names like Mita Vashisht, Diandre Soares, Sonali Raut, Dolly Thakore,Yuvraaj Parashar, Kapil Kaustubh Sharma, Sushant Divgikar, Akshay Sethi and new faces like Viboutee Sharma, Sezal Sharma, Shadab Khan, Shipra Kasana, Mahi Sharma, Ashish Khatri and Ashish Sachdeva.
